Terms & Conditions:

1) Order cancellation: we can not accept cancellation of the order once order is processed for packing, invoicing & shipping into the system.
2) Packing & dispatch processing lead time: 1 to 3 days from the date of payment realization.
3) Quality: Product will ship upon internal final quality inspection.
4) Shipping terms: DAP. Delivered At Place through air & multi mode carrier (door delivery), product price & air freight charges, from Mirzapur, India to customer location, is included in above DAP price.
5) Shipping transit lead time: Approx. 7 to 12 working days from the date of hand the ordered products over to freight forwarder and customs clearance is done at IGI airport, New Delhi, India.
6) Customs clearance terms: our responsibility of ordered products on us include export customs clearance & its charges and export documents formalities in India. Import customs clearance charges if any, import duty if any, VAT or local taxes if any and import documents submission (to carrier agent) formalities' responsibility will be taken care by customer. Carrier agent will take care of import documents formalities with customs i.e. import customs clearance and door delivery of shipment at customer’s place.
7) Due to high charges of international air freight, return of ordered product is generally not acceptable & feasible by us. In case customer requests for return of product & shipment, customer is liable to bear to & fro air freight shipment charges. Balance amount will be returned after adjustment of to & fro air freight shipment charges and product is returned in good condition within 15 days.
